Growing from a 30-member amateur club in 2017 into a community of over 1,200 passionate cyclists, the team self-finances almost entirely through e-commerce and club memberships. On January 9, 2026, they earned their UCI Continental license. The team's motto is "No Difference" — a philosophy of breaking down the barriers between amateurs and professionals, and giving a second chance to talented riders cast aside by the system. In June 2025, Filippo Conca — racing in an all-white, sponsor-free jersey — shocked the cycling world by winning the Italian Pro Road National Championship ahead of WorldTour riders, in one of the sport's most celebrated upsets in recent memory. For 2026, Swatt Club makes its UCI Continental debut with an international roster including Danish sprinter Mads Andersen and New Zealander Jack Rootkin-Gray, a former EF Pro Cycling rider.
